Dear Topsfield Fair Volunteer,
As a Fair volunteer, you are invited to attend the 2021 Topsfield Fair Volunteer Recognition Picnic. You may extend the invitation to ONE GUEST, as a potential volunteer. Nametags, along with your meal ticket and gift vouchers (for volunteers only), will be available in the Arena. Each volunteer will receive a Topsfield Fair jacket – PLEASE circle your size – Sizes are Men’s. THE GIFT IS NOT EXCHANGABLE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE. Your volunteer gift will be available at the close of the evening, (only available at the picnic).
The picnic will be held on Thursday evening, August 5th, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm with food being served from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. At 6:00 pm, we will assemble for the presentation of service awards. The cost is $10.00 per person, which has been necessitated by the large number of people who reserve and do not show. This money will be fully donated to local charities.
All reservations must be received by Friday, July 23rd!!! – Gifts need to be ordered. If you make reservations and have a change of plans, please notify us, since it is most important that we have an accurate count of those attending as not to waste food. Again, this is a “Fair Picnic” and is open to our committee members/volunteers and one guest only!
