Essex Agricultural Society Annual Meeting

This event is OPEN to Essex Agricultural Society Members ONLY.
Venue is at Coolidge Hall
Hospitality Hour is 6:00pm
Dinner is 7:00pm
We will begin the evening with a Hospitality Hour at 6:00PM and dinner will be served at 7:00PM.
Tickets will be $25.00 per person for the first 2 people. Any additional guest will be a $50.00 charge per person. (The balance of each meal is provided courtesy of the Society). There will be a cash bar. The deadline to purchase tickets is Friday, February 13th. Due to the commitment date for the caterer, we must adhere to this deadline.
The annual business meeting will include the voting for officers. Including in this mailing is the slate of officers offered by the Nominating Committee for the 2026 year.
This year we will be having a buffet style dinner.
