SUMMARY:Volunteer Picnic 2026
DESCRIPTION:This event is OPEN to TOPSFIELD FAIR VOLUNTEERS who received an invitation. \nAs a Fair volunteer\, you are invited to attend the 2026 Topsfield Fair Volunteer Recognition Picnic. You may extend the invitation to ONE GUEST\, as a potential volunteer. Nametags\, along with your meal ticket and gift voucher (for volunteers only)\, will be available in the Arena. Each adult volunteer will receive a Topsfield Fair GIFT. Your volunteer gift will be available at the close of the evening\, (only available at the picnic). \nThe picnic will be held on Thursday evening\, August 6th\, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm with food being served from 5:30 to 7:00 pm\, catered by Champions BBQ Team.  At 6:00 pm\, we will assemble for the presentation of service awards. The cost is $10.00 per person each for a Volunteer and One Guest (totaling $20.00 or just $10.00 for someone with no guest)\, which has been necessitated by the large number of people who reserve and do not show. This money will be fully donated to local charities. \nPlease indicate when you purchase your name\, as well as your guest\, and your department. \nAll reservations must be received by Monday\, July 20th – Gifts need to be ordered.  If you make reservations and have a change of plans\, please notify us\, since it is most important that we have an accurate count of those attending as not to waste food.
