Axe Women Loggers of Maine Coming to 2014 Topsfield Fair

Come see the Axe Women Loggers of Maine at the 2014 Topsfield Fair! These all female timber sports athletes travel throughout North America entertaining at fairs, sports shows, and festivals.

This group of six world titleholders are champion axe throwers and choppers.  Their skills include underhand chopping, standing block chopping, hot sawing, cross cut sawing, axe throwing and log rolling.  Their diverse group comes to us all the way from Maine, Canada, Washington, Connecticut, and New York. They have performed at events such as the Springfield Sportsmen’s Show and are a featured attraction on QueenLatifah.com as well as on “The Queen Latifah Show.”

Come see their complimentary show in action on October 11, 12, and 13 at the Fair’s Grandstand.  Axes will be flying and saws will be slicing at 10:30 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:30 PM, and 6:00 PM!
