As a Fair volunteer, you are invited to attend the 2015 Topsfield Fair Volunteer Recognition Picnic. You may extend the invitation to
, as a potential volunteer. Nametags, along with your meal ticket and gift voucher (for volunteers only), will be available in the Arena. The cost is $10.00 per person, which has been necessitated by the large number of people who reserve and do not show.
This money will be fully donated to local charities.
This year's charities are: HAWC in Salem, Ipswich Community Food Pantry, Nevins Farm MSPCA in Methuen, and Salvation Army in Newburyport.
The picnic will be held on
Thursday evening, August 13th
, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm with food being served from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. At 6:00 pm, we will assemble for the presentation of service awards. Your volunteer gift will be available at the close of the evening, (only available at the picnic). You must be present to receive your gift. Please choose a size based on men's sizes for your gift.
THE GIFT IS NOT EXCHANGABLE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE.

All reservations must be received by Friday, July 10th.
If you make reservations and have a change of plans, please notify us, since it is most important that we have an accurate count on those attending as not to waste food. Again, this is a "Fair Picnic" and is open to our committee members-volunteers and
one guest only!
Our 200th Anniversary is approaching and we are reaching out to all for any historical pictures. Please let us know if you have ANY. We want to make YOU part of the MAGIC!
