Our diverse venues are suited to a range of events from weddings to social gatherings to commercial shows to exhibitions. Our unique location affords easy access and abundant parking. Coolidge Hall
Coolidge Hall is our function hall and is the perfect venue for weddings, bridal and baby showers, corporate meetings, banquets, dances birthday and anniversary parties, theater productions, fundraisers, receptions, and art and specialty shows and sales. The hall is 5,400 square feet with an additional 800 square foot stage with red velvet theater curtain. The facility has a full kitchen, lobby, coat room, sound system, 10-foot movie screen and restrooms.
Arena
Our Arena is well suited for many types of shows, including equine and livestock shows, dog shows, boat, car, and recreational vehicle shows, and equipment and trade shows. The 60,000 square foot building has bleacher seating for 1,350 including handicap space. The center exhibit area, with multi-textured dirt floor, is 120 feet x 230 feet surrounded by a 4.5-foot high wooden enclosure. There is an additional 9,000 square feet of exhibit space with asphalt floor. The building features full restroom facilities, sound system and sprinkler system.
Trade Center
Our Trade Center is a multi-use facility that is suitable for home shows, antique and craft shows, computer and trade shows, car and boat shows, and gem and mineral shows. The 17,000-square-foot building has asphalt floors throughout. The main room is approximately 10,000-square feet of clear span space with a ceiling height from 10 feet to 18 feet. A 14-foot overhead door provides easy access. An adjoining 7,000-square-foot room has 9.5-foot ceilings and several access doors.
All buildings and rest rooms are handicap accessible.
